SPAIN, Mar. 14, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 29: The match between Granada and Espanyol ended in a 1-1 draw on Monday.
Granada players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Granada forward Rochina Ruben in the 40th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Espanyol with a saving goal from Portuguese defender Lopes Miguel into his own net in the 83rd minute.
RCD Espanyol remains in 14th place with 32 points from 29 games, one point behind Deportivo La Coruna.
