La Liga (Week 15) : Las Palmas hold Leganés to 1-1
SPAIN, Dec. 10, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 15: The match between Las Palmas and Leganés ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Las Palmas players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Livaja Marko in the 21st minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Leganés with a saving goal from Guerrero Miguel on penalty in the 76th minute.
UD Las Palmas climbed to 8th place with 21 points from 15 games, 2 points behind Athletic Bilbao, which has a game in hand.
