SPAIN, Mar. 18, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 28: The match between Eibar and Espanyol ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Eibar players started off well by taking the lead thanks to English forward Kike Enrique in the 20th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Espanyol with a saving goal from Jurado Jose in the 50th minute.
SD Eibar remains in 8th place with 41 points from 28 games, 3 points behind Athletic Bilbao, which has a game in hand.
