Ligue 1 (Week 10) : Bordeaux hold Caen to 1-1
FRANCE, Oct. 19, 2014 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 10: Bordeaux was held to a 1-1 draw by Caen on Sunday.
Bordeaux players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Malian forward Cheick Diabaté on penalty in the 22nd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Caen with a saving goal from Haitian forward Hervé Bazile in the 77th minute.
Bordeaux are down in third place with 18 points from 10 games, tie on points with Paris Saint-Germain.
