Ligue 1 (Week 25) : Lorient draw 1-1 with Montpellier
FRANCE, Feb. 6, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 25: The match between Lorient and Montpellier ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Montpellier players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Montpellier forward Kévin Bérigaud in the 45th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Lorient with a saving goal from Lorient forward Jimmy Cabot in the 49th minute.
Lorient remains in 12nd place with 31 points from 25 games, 2 points behind Bordeaux, which has a game in hand.
