FRANCE, Feb. 6, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 25: Two wins in a row for Reims. After their 2-1 win against Angers on February 3, Reims continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 2-0 victory over Caen this Saturday.
Reims dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Thievy Bifouma in the 20th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Reims players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Oniangue in the 63rd minute.
Caen are down in 8th place with 36 points from 25 games, tie on points with Saint-Etienne, which has a game in hand.
