Ligue 1 (Week 10) : Rennes beats Nantes 2-1
FRANCE, Oct. 22, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 10: After their 1-1 draw against Bordeaux on October 16, Rennes returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Nantes this Saturday.
Kamil Grosicki scored dual goals
Nantes had started off well by taking the lead in the 42nd minute with a goal by Argentine forward Emiliano Sala. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Rennes players nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Grosicki '58, '76).
Rennes climbed to 6th place with 17 points from 10 games, tie on points with Guingamp.
