FRANCE, Oct. 23, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 10: Five wins in a row for Nice. After their success against Monaco, Nancy, Lorient and Lyon, Nice continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 4-2 victory over Metz this Sunday.
Alassane Pléa scored tripple goals
Nice dominated the first half thanks to goals from Pléa ('12, '38 on penalty). Leading 2-1 at the break, Nice players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Pléa '84 and Cyprien '90).
OGC Nice remains in first place with 26 points from 10 games, a 4-point lead over runner-up AS Monaco.
