FRANCE, Dec. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 19: Four wins in a row for Marseille. After their success against Nancy, Dijon and Lille, Marseille continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 2-1 victory over Bastia this Wednesday.
Marseille dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Gomis Bafetimbi in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Marseille players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by N'Jie in stoppage time.
Olympique de Marseille remains in 6th place with 30 points from 19 games, tie on points with Guingamp.
