FRANCE, Jan. 15, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 20: Two wins in a row for Monaco. After their 2-1 win against Caen on December 21, Monaco continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 4-1 victory over Marseille this Sunday.
Bernardo Silva scored dual goals
Monaco dominated the first half thanks to goals from Lemar ('16), Falcao ('21) and Silva ('45). Leading 3-1 at the break, Monaco players further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Silva in the 56th minute.
AS Monaco climbed to first place with 45 points from 20 games, tie on points with runner-up OGC Nice.
