Ligue 1 (Week 28) : Angers beats Caen 3-2
FRANCE, Mar. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 28: Four wins in a row for Angers. After their success against Lille, Nancy and Bastia, SCO continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 3-2 victory over Caen this Saturday.
Angers dominated the first half thanks to goals from Tait ('5) and Ndoye Cheikh ('21). Leading 2-1 at the break, SCO further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Mangani on penalty in the 48th minute.
Angers SCO climbed to 9th place with 36 points from 28 games, only one point behind Rennes.
