FRANCE, Aug. 13, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 2: Two wins in a row for Monaco. After their 3-2 win against Toulouse on August 4, Monaco continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 4-1 victory over Dijon this Sunday.
Radamel Falcao scored tripple goals
Monaco dominated the first half thanks to goals from Falcao ('3, '37) and Jemerson Nascimento ('25). Leading 3-1 at the break, Monaco players further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Falcao in the 51st minute.
AS Monaco climbed to second place with 6 points from 2 games, tie on points with Olympique Lyonnais.
