Ligue 1 (Week 3) : Rennes and Dijon play out 2-2 draw

FRANCE, Aug. 19, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 3: The match between Rennes and Dijon ended in a 2-2 draw on Saturday.

Rennes players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Mubele Firmin in the 14th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Mubele Firmin goal ('46) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Dijon with goals by Kwon Chang Hoon ('51) and Julio Tavares ('90 on penalty).

Rennes are down in 16th place with 2 points from 3 games, one point behind Nantes.
