FRANCE, Feb. 3, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 23: After a 2-1 victory over Lens on January 28, Amiens SC lost 2-1 against Nimes.
Nimes forward Rachid Alioui opened the score in the 20th minute, before seeing Amiens SC catch up in the 29th minute thanks to Soumah Richard. 1-1 at half time. The Crocodiles eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Savanier on penalty in the 50th minute.
Amiens Sporting Club are down in 6th place with 35 points from 23 games, one point behind Troyes AC.
