FRANCE, Feb. 24, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 27: After a 4-2 victory over Tours on February 21, RC Strasbourg lost 2-0 against Clermont.
Rémy Dugimont scored dual goals
Clermont dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Rémy Dugimont in the 30th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Clermont players further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Dugimont in the 78th minute.
RC Strasbourg Alsace remains in second place with 43 points from 27 games, 5 points behind Stade Brest, which has a game in hand.
