ENGLAND, Jan. 18, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 22: After a 1-1 draw with Everton on January 10, the Citizens lost 2-0 against Arsenal.
Arsenal dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Spanish midfielder Santi Cazorla in the 24th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Gunners further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Giroud in the 67th minute.
Manchester City FC remains in second place with 47 points from 22 games, 5 points behind Chelsea.
