Primeira Liga (Week 31) : Porto beats Académica 2-1

PORTUGAL, Apr. 23, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 31: Two wins in a row for Porto. After their 4-0 win against Nacional on April 17, the Dragons continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 2-1 victory over Académica Coimbra this Saturday.

Académica Coimbra forward Pedro Nuno opened the score in the 25th minute, before seeing Porto catch up in the 38th minute thanks to Neves Ruben. 1-1 at half time. The Dragons eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Brahimi in the 66th minute.

FC Porto remains in third place with 67 points from 31 games, 7 points behind Sporting Clube de Portugal, which has a game in hand.
