PORTUGAL, Oct. 30, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 9: Two wins in a row for Vitoria Guimaraes. After their 0-2 win against Estoril on October 23, the Vimaranenses continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 3-0 victory over Rio Ave this Sunday.
Moussa Marega scored tripple goals
Vitoria Guimaraes dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by French forward Moussa Marega in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Vimaranenses further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Marega '67, '82).
Vitoria SC climbed to fourth place with 17 points from 9 games, only one point behind Sporting Clube de Portugal.
