Primeira Liga (Week 13) : Nacional defeats Tondela 3-2
PORTUGAL, Dec. 11, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 13: After three straigth defeats, the Alvinegros returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Tondela this Sunday.
Tondela had started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Wagner ('23) and Cardoso Miguel ('30). Trailing 2-0 at half time, the Alvinegros nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Da Silva Claudiano Kaka '62 own, Martins Cesar '65 and Da Silva Claudiano Kaka '89 own).
CD Nacional climbed to 15th place with 11 points from 13 games, 2 points behind Boavista FC.
