PORTUGAL, Dec. 4, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 12: After losing 1-2 to Vitoria Setubal on November 27 and 3-0 to Benfica on November 27, the Verdes-e-Brancos bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Nacional this Sunday.
Podence Daniel scored dual goals
Moreirense dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Micael Andre in the 31st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Verdes-e-Brancos further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Podence Daniel '53, '84).
Moreirense FC climbed to 14th place with 11 points from 12 games, 2 points behind CF Os Belenenses, which has a game in hand.
