PORTUGAL, Feb. 27, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 23: After three straigth draws, O Belém bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Arouca this Monday.
Maurides Junior scored dual goals
Arouca had started off well by taking the lead in the 38th minute with a goal by forward Tomane Mendes. Trailing 1-0 at half time, O Belém nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Maurides Junior '53, '57).
CF Os Belenenses climbed to 11st place with 29 points from 23 games, tie on points with Rio Ave FC.
