PORTUGAL, Mar. 12, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 25: After their 0-0 draw against Moreirense on March 3, the Panthers returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Maritimo this Sunday.
Iuri Medeiros scored dual goals
Boavista dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Iuri Medeiros in the 29th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Panthers further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Medeiros '51 and Bulos Ivan '63).
CS Maritimo remains in 6th place with 37 points from 25 games, 3 points behind Vitoria SC, which has a game in hand.
