PORTUGAL, Apr. 9, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 28: Three wins in a row for Vitoria Guimaraes. After their success against Rio Ave and Nacional, the Vimaranenses continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 2-1 victory over Tondela this Sunday.
Vitoria Guimaraes dominated the first half thanks to goals from Teixeira David ('15) and Hurtado Paolo ('45). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Vimaranenses further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.
Vitoria SC remains in fifth place with 50 points from 28 games, tie on points with SG Braga.
