Primeira Liga (Week 10) : Guimaraes defeats Aves 3-1
PORTUGAL, Oct. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 10: After their 3-3 draw against Portimonense on October 23, the Vimaranenses returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Aves this Sunday.
Vitoria Guimaraes dominated the first half thanks to goals from Raphinha Dias ('4) and Ramos Heldon ('45). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Vimaranenses further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Martins Rafael in the 70th minute.
Vitoria SC climbed to 8th place with 14 points from 10 games, tie on points with Rio Ave FC.
