SPAIN, Oct. 12, 2014 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 8: After their 1-1 draw against Valladolid on October 4 and 1-1 draw against Las Palmas on October 4, Los Rojiblancos bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Leganés this Sunday.
Leganés made Sporting Gijon doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Guerrero ('80) and Castro ('90).
Real Sporting de Gijon climbed to third place with 16 points from 8 games, only one point behind Real Valladolid.
