Segunda division (Week 16) : Alcorcon and Lugo play out 1-1 draw
SPAIN, Dec. 5, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 16: The match between Alcorcon and Lugo ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Lugo players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Gonzalez Iriome in the 38th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Alcorcon with a saving goal from Mayor in the 90th minute.
AD Alcorcon climbed to fifth place with 24 points from 16 games, only one point behind Gimnastic de Tarragona, which has a game in hand.
