Segunda division (Week 16) : Gimnastic and Almeria play to a 2-2 draw
SPAIN, Dec. 5, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 16: Gimnastic de Tarragona was held to a 2-2 draw by Almeria on Saturday.
Gimnastic de Tarragona players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Morcillo Jorge ('3 own) and Lopez Alex ('28) while Almeria only scored once Reyes Lorenzo ('17). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Almeria with a saving goal from Lopez Alex into his own net in the 88th minute.
Gimnastic de Tarragona remains in fourth place with 26 points from 16 games, tie on points with CA Osasuna, which has a game in hand.
