Segunda division (Week 16) : Mirandés beats Huesca 2-1
SPAIN, Dec. 6, 2015 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 16: After losing 0-1 to Gimnastic de Tarragona on November 29, Los Rojillos returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Huesca this Sunday.
Mirandés dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Kijera Gorka in the 43rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Rojillos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Ortiz Alex with just 2 minutes remaining in regulation time.
CD Mirandés climbed to 7th place with 24 points from 16 games, only one point behind Real Oviedo.
