Segunda division (Week 36) : Numancia beats Almeria 2-0
SPAIN, Apr. 30, 2016 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 36: Two wins in a row for Numancia. After their 0-2 win against Mirandés on April 24, Los Numantinos continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-0 victory over Almeria this Saturday.
Numancia dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Medina Unai in the 21st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Numantinos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Alegria Alex in the 49th minute.
CD Numancia climbed to 13rd place with 49 points from 36 games, only one point behind CD Lugo, which has a game in hand.
