Segunda division (Week 24) : Oviedo defeats Mallorca 2-1
SPAIN, Feb. 5, 2017 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 24: After losing 3-0 to Almeria on January 29, the Carbayones returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Mallorca this Sunday.
Toche Jose opened the score in the 8th minute, before seeing Mallorca catch up in the 40th minute thanks to Raillo Antonio. 1-1 at half time. The Carbayones eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Costas David in the 71st minute.
Real Oviedo climbed to 7th place with 29 points from 20 games, tie on points with Getafe CF, which has a game in hand.
