ITALY, Apr. 9, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 32: Three wins in a row for Chievo. After their success against Sampdoria and Palermo, the Gialloblu continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 1-0 victory over Carpi this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Chievo forward Sergio Pellissier with just 7 minutes remaining in regulation time.
AC Chievo Verona climbed to 8th place with 44 points from 32 games, 4 points behind US Sassuolo Calcio.
