ITALY, Oct. 2, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 7: Two wins in a row for Cagliari. After their 2-1 win against Sampdoria on September 26, the Rossoblu continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 2-1 victory over Crotone this Sunday.
Cagliari dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Di Gennaro Davide in the 38th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Rossoblu further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Padoin in the 56th minute.
Cagliari climbed to 9th place with 10 points from 7 games, tie on points with AC Milan, which has a game in hand.
