ITALY, Oct. 16, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 8: Three wins in a row for Cagliari. After their success against Sampdoria and Crotone, the Rossoblu continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 2-1 victory over Inter Milan this Sunday.
Inter Milan made Cagliari doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Melchiorri Federico ('71) and Handanovič ('85 own).
Cagliari climbed to 7th place with 13 points from 8 games, tie on points with AC Milan, which has a game in hand.
