Serie A (Week 17) : Lazio defeats Fiorentina 3-1
ITALY, Dec. 18, 2016 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 17: Two wins in a row for Lazio. After their 1-2 win against Sampdoria on December 10, the Biancocelesti continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 3-1 victory over Fiorentina this Sunday.
Lazio dominated the first half thanks to goals from Keita Diao ('23) and Biglia ('45 on penalty). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Biancocelesti further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Radu seconds before the end of regulation.
Lazio climbed to fourth place with 34 points from 17 games, tie on points with Napoli.
