ITALY, Feb. 25, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 26: 7 wins in a row for Juventus. After their success against Lazio, Sassuolo, Inter Milan, Crotone, Cagliari and Palermo, La Vecchia Signora continued their sensational form in the Serie A with a 2-0 victory over Empoli this Saturday.
Empoli made Juventus doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Mandžukić ('52) and Sandro Alex ('65).
Juventus remains in first place with 66 points from 26 games, a 10-point lead over runner-up AS Roma, which has a game in hand.
