Serie A (Week 26) : Cagliari beats Crotone 2-1
ITALY, Feb. 26, 2017 (AMP) — Serie A / Match day 26: After their 1-1 draw against Sampdoria on February 19, the Rossoblu returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Crotone this Sunday.
Crotone forward Adrian Stoian opened the score in the 10th minute, before seeing Cagliari catch up in the 32nd minute thanks to Pedro Joao. 1-1 at half time. The Rossoblu eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Borriello in the 69th minute.
Cagliari climbed to 12nd place with 31 points from 26 games, 4 points behind AC Chievo Verona.
