Argentina made the Belgians doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Belgian forward Erwin Vandenbergh in the 62nd minute.
The result put the Belgians top of Group C with 2 points. In their next game, Belgium will meet El Salvador at the Camp Nou on June 19, while Argentina will face Hungary.
