COLOGNE, Jun. 23, 2006 (AMP) — Germany 2006 : France defeated Togo by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a World Cup group stage game on Friday night at the RheinEnergieStadion in Cologne.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Vieira ('55) and Henry ('61).
