Championship (Week 20) : Derby County beats Forest 3-0
ENGLAND, Dec. 11, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 20: 6 wins in a row for Derby County. After their success against Sheffield Wednesday, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Rotherham United, Norwich City and Wigan Athletic, the Rams continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 3-0 victory over Nottingham Forest this Sunday.
Derby County dominated the first half as a result of the unfortunate own goal scored by Danish forward Nicklas Bendtner in the 33rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Rams further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Ince Tom '55 and Hughes '64).
Derby County FC climbed to fifth place with 32 points from 20 games, only one point behind Huddersfield Town AFC.
