LA PLATA, Jul. 12, 2011 (AMP) — Argentina 2011 : Uruguay defeated Mexico by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Copa América group stage game on Tuesday night at the Estadio Ciudad de La Plata.
All the action happened in the first half, with Uruguayan midfielder Álvaro Pereira goal in the 14th minute.
