La Liga (Week 17) : Eibar defeats Espanyol 2-1
SPAIN, Jan. 4, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 17: After losing 0-1 to Valencia on December 20, the Armeros returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Espanyol this Sunday.
Eibar dominated the first half thanks to goals from Manu ('34) and Boveda ('38). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Armeros further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.
SD Eibar climbed to 8th place with 23 points from 17 games, 7 points behind Malaga CF.
