La Liga (Week 19) : Valencia defeats Almeria 3-2
SPAIN, Jan. 17, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 19: After their 1-1 draw against Celta Vigo on January 10, Los Che bounced back with a 3-2 victory over Almeria this Saturday.
Two goals for both sides during the first half, Parejo (11e) and Rodrigo (29e) for Valencia, Hemed (13e, 33e) for Almeria. After the break, Los Che settled the issue with another goal courtesy of striker Álvaro Negredo, with just 7 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Valencia CF climbed to third place with 38 points from 19 games, 3 points behind FC Barcelona, which has a game in hand.
