La Liga (Week 18) : Celta Vigo and Valencia play out 1-1 draw
SPAIN, Jan. 10, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 18: Valencia was held to a 1-1 draw by Celta Vigo on Saturday.
Valencia players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Valencia forward Rodrigo in the 43rd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Celta Vigo with a saving goal from Chilian midfielder Orellana in the 61st minute.
Valencia CF remains in fourth place with 35 points from 18 games, 3 points behind Atletico Madrid, which has a game in hand.
