SPAIN, Jan. 11, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 18: After losing 1-0 to Real Sociedad on January 4, Barca bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Atletico Madrid this Sunday.
Barcelona dominated the first half thanks to goals from Neymar ('12) and Suárez ('35). Leading 2-0 at the break, Barca further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Messi with just 2 minutes remaining in regulation time.
FC Barcelona remains in second place with 41 points from 18 games, one point behind Real Madrid, which has a game in hand.
