SPAIN, Jan. 24, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 20: Two wins in a row for Villarreal. After their 2-0 win against Athletic Bilbao on January 17, El Submarino Amarillo continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 1-0 victory over Levante this Saturday.
Levante made Villarreal doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Argentine forward Luciano Vietto in the 56th minute.
Villarreal CF remains in 6th place with 38 points from 20 games, tie on points with Valencia CF, which has a game in hand.
