SPAIN, Feb. 8, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 22: Los Sevillistas crashed to their 2nd consecutive defeat as they lost 2-1 against Getafe.
Getafe dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Álvaro Vázquez in the 29th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Azulones further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Leon with just 5 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Sevilla FC remains in fourth place with 42 points from 22 games, 8 points behind Atletico Madrid.
