La Liga (Week 36) : Granada defeats Cordoba 2-0
SPAIN, May. 9, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 36: Two wins in a row for Granada. After their 1-2 win against Getafe on May 3, Los Nazaríes continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 2-0 victory over Cordoba this Saturday.
Granada dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender Diego Mainz in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Nazaríes further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by El-arabi on penalty in the 69th minute.
Granada CF climbed to 18th place with 31 points from 36 games, tie on points with SD Eibar.
