La Liga (Week 36) : Malaga beats Almeria 2-1
SPAIN, May. 10, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 36: After losing 1-0 to Celta Vigo on May 3 and 1-2 to Elche on May 3, Los Boquerones returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Almeria this Sunday.
Almeria defender Casado opened the score in the 23rd minute with an own goal, before seeing Almeria catch up in the 31st minute thanks to Thomas. 1-1 at half time. Los Boquerones eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Guerra in the 69th minute.
Malaga CF climbed to 7th place with 50 points from 36 games, 7 points behind Villarreal CF.
