La Liga (Week 8) : Deportivo and Bilbao play to a 2-2 draw
SPAIN, Oct. 18, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 8: The match between Deportivo La Coruna and Athletic Bilbao ended in a 2-2 draw on Sunday.
Athletic Bilbao players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Athletic Bilbao forward Iñaki Williams in the 30th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Aduriz goal ('63) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Deportivo La Coruna with goals by Perez Lucas ('80) and Alejandro Arribas ('89).
Deportivo La Coruna remains in 6th place with 13 points from 8 games, 3 points behind Villarreal CF.
