La Liga (Week 8) : Gijon and Granada play out 3-3 draw
SPAIN, Oct. 19, 2015 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 8: The match between Sporting Gijon and Granada ended in a 3-3 draw on Monday.
Granada players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Piti ('21) and Success Isaac ('41) while Sporting Gijon only scored once Espinosa Bernardo ('8). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, and despite El-arabi Youssef goal ('74) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Sporting Gijon with goals by Cases Nacho ('88) and Guerrero Miguel ('90).
Real Sporting de Gijon are down in 12nd place with 9 points from 8 games, one point behind Getafe CF.
